Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd is seeking an Account Officer (GL) in Malaysia to ensure accurate general ledger records, support accounting operations, and maintain regulatory compliance.

The role involves managing GL, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and month-end closings, with collaboration across Procurement, Production, and HR to support financial processes. A Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance and 2–3 years' experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-3 years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in manufacturing or EMS industries.
• Proficient in ERP/Accounting systems (e.g., SAP, IFS) and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities
