Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Commodity Manager based in Johor, Malaysia. You will manage supplier and market information, develop and execute sourcing strategies, and oversee supplier performance, quality, and compliance within agreements and regulations.

You will guide and train team members on best practices, monitor inventory and supply continuity, and implement dual sourcing and cost-saving initiatives while optimizing procurement and logistics processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sourcing/procurement.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems.
