Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a CBRE BO Chargeman cum Technical Lead to manage a facilities operations team for a portfolio of buildings. The role requires leadership of maintenance staff and oversight of 33kV electrical systems, balancing preventive maintenance with safety and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate with technicians, vendors, and clients, prepare budgets and capital plans, and drive continuous improvement in reliability and performance across the site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as licensed electrician with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead maintenance teams and manage vendors.
• Strong knowledge of M&E & FM operations.
• Ability to implement safety procedures and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of HV/LV equipment.
• Supervise technicians and contractors on site.
• Ensure electrical safety regs and licensing compliance.
• Coordinate emergency responses and document incidents.
• Lead staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
• Manage budgets, capital projects, and repairs.
• Maintain client relationships and report progress.
