Amazing Spectrum Sdn Bhd is seeking a creative Animator who blends traditional animation with AI tools to produce high-quality work for digital campaigns and immersive experiences.

The role requires strong 2D/3D animation skills, a solid portfolio, and familiarity with AI-powered production processes. Fresh graduates are welcome. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential for successful collaboration on live events and interactive installations.

Qualifications

• Min education is Certificates / Vocational / Diploma.
• Proven experience as a 2D and 3D Animator with a strong portfolio in motion graphics, projection mapping, anamorphic 3D, or VR/AR content.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Able to converse in English well.
• Mandarin language is a strong advantage.
• Expertise in 2D motion graphics software (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) and 3D tools (Blender, Unreal Engine).
• Basic to intermediate understanding of AI tools in creative production.
• Familiarity with generative AI concepts.
• Experience with AI-assisted processes to optimize pipelines.
• Stay updated with Animation and AI technology trends.
• Ability to adapt to new tools and workflows quickly.
• Strong understanding of animation principles for immersive environments.
• Experience with Projection Mapping Tools (e.g., MadMapper, Resolume, TouchDesigner) is a huge plus.
• Creative problem-solver with ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in live events, experiential marketing, or interactive installations is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Design and animate stunning 2D motion graphics for digital campaigns, explainer videos, and interactive content.
• Create breathtaking 3D animations for immersive experiences including projection mapping and interactive installations.
• Use AI-powered tools to enhance animation workflows.
• Understand AI-driven animation techniques such as procedural animation or neural rendering.
• Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and technical teams to bring concepts to life.
• Develop animations that integrate with physical spaces, architecture, and live events.
• Experiment with cutting-edge techniques to create mind-bending visual effects.
• Rig and animate characters, objects, and environments with realism and creativity.
• Troubleshoot and optimize animations for various platforms including digital screens, projections, and AR/VR.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and explore new tools to elevate work.
