Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia, is seeking a Shift M&E Technician to operate and monitor mechanical and building systems in a 24/7 environment. You will work hands-on with HVAC, OFA/CDA, PVAC and PCW systems, supporting continuous facility operations and collaborating with the LV Chargeman team.

The role requires 2–5 years of experience with building systems, hands-on maintenance skills, and the ability to work rotating shifts.

Qualifications

2–5 years' experience in mechanical/building systems in industrial or manufacturing sites.
Hands-on experience with HVAC, OFA/CDA, PVAC and PCW systems, pumps, fans, chillers and ducting.
Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills for mechanical systems.
Ability to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 environment.
Good communication, reporting and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, cooling towers) to maintain environmental conditions.
Operate and maintain OFA/CDA, PVAC and PCW systems and related equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot faults under guidance.
Collaborate with shift LV Chargeman and other technicians to resolve issues.
Maintain shift logs and report faults and incidents promptly.
