Job summary

EdgeConneX is seeking a Critical Systems Coordinator to manage preventive and corrective maintenance across data centers, coordinating with vendors and operations leaders in Cyberjaya. You will oversee maintenance plans, assemble resources, and ensure timely execution of tasks while supporting 24/7 operations.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years as a maintenance planner/administrator, DC experience, and a Diploma or higher; certifications in data centers or PM fields are a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher required.
• 1-3 years as maintenance planner/administrator.
• 1+ year DC experience preferred.
• Certification or training related to Data Centers, or PM fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance using CMMS.
• Create and edit maintenance plans with moratorium periods.
• Utilize systems to manage and monitor tickets for customers, vendors, and PM/MOP.
• Manage vendor relationships and conduct training.
• Update all equipment and systems in CMMS.
• Write and maintain Method of Procedures (MOP).
• Work with internal and external clients.
• Be available for additional hours as needed.
• Lift up to 20 kg and work in elevated locations.
