Formación

• Experience in a relevant kitchen role is required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare ingredients and clean food products.

工作职责

• 负责备货及食材清洗等工作。
• 负责烧腊、卤、浸所用的食品。
• 负责所有烧腊食品如烧鸭、烤乳猪。
• 做好各类食品、半成品、肉类品的保管工作。
• 检查每日工作流程是否正常操作。
• 根据标准食谱来确保出品食物符合要求。
• 做好负责范围的公共卫生，服从大厨安排，遵守各项规章制度。
