Formación

• Relevant kitchen experience is required.
• Must be hardworking, honest, and responsible.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for preparation and cleaning of ingredients.
• Handle food for roasting, braising, and soaking.
• Take care of various roasted foods such as duck and pig.
• Ensure proper storage of all food items.
• Check daily workflow processes are followed.
• Ensure food produced meets standard recipes.
• Maintain hygiene in the assigned area and follow all regulations.

工作职责

• 负责备货及食材清洗等工作。
• 负责烧腊、卤、浸所用的食品。
• 负责所有烧腊食品如烧鸭、烤乳猪。
• 做好各类食品、半成品、肉类品的保管工作。
• 检查每日工作流程是否正常操作。
• 根据标准食谱来确保出品食物符合要求。
• 做好负责范围的公共卫生，服从大厨安排，遵守各项规章制度。

工作要求

• 需要同等相关厨房经验。
