Formación

• Más de 7 años de experiencia con .NET.
• Proficiente en metodologías Agile.
• Conocimiento profundo de patrones de diseño.
• Conocimientos avanzados de infraestructura IT.
• Habilidades en desarrollo back-end y front-end.
• Experiencia conduciendo revisiones de código.

Responsabilidades

• Supervisar la dirección técnica de proyectos .NET.
• Dirigir y mentorear un equipo de desarrollo.
• Definir requisitos, alcance y cronogramas del proyecto.
• Asegurar la entrega de soluciones .NET de alta calidad.
• Facilitar la comunicación y la solución de problemas en el equipo.

• Oversee the technical direction of .NET projects, aligning with business goals and leading technology decisions.
• Lead and mentor a development team, promoting collaboration and professional growth.
• Define project requirements, scope, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and efficient .NET solutions.
• Facilitate team communication and problem-solving, ensuring efficient workflows.

Here's what we are looking for

• 7+ years of experience with .NET.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration.
• In-depth knowledge of Design Patterns.
• Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge.
• Expertise in both back-end and front-end development areas.
• Skilled in conducting code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Expert understanding of client's requirements, assessing potential benefits and weaknesses.
• Advanced knowledge of the trade-offs involved in choosing specific technologies or solutions.
• Strong experience leading client and stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decision-making, task estimation, conflict resolution, and project planning.
• Advanced level of English.
