Citi is seeking a Transaction Management professional to support loan origination, closing, and servicing across complex syndicated and bilateral loans. You will help design processes, implement controls, and train staff while coordinating with risk, legal, and operations.

The role emphasizes data quality, regulatory compliance, and end-to-end transparency in the loan lifecycle, with opportunities to improve efficiency and performance.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in transaction management or lending.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Strong Excel skills and Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Loan IQ or similar tools.
• Detail-oriented with analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Client relationship and solution skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support loan origination and lifecycle management, including syndicated and bilateral loans.
• Develop processes, standards, procedures, and controls.
• Assist with design and rollout of technology.
• Train and support transaction management staff.
• Coordinate with business lines, risk, operations, and legal.
• Ensure data quality and regulatory compliance.
• Manage loan closing pipeline and lifecycle events.
• Highlight risk controls and end-to-end transparency.
