Responsibilities
The Opportunity
- Hands on design, configuration and support of UKG WFM, including Pay Rules, Accruals, Function Access Profiles, Web/Mobile features, Data Views, Attestation, Reporting and Device administration.
Your Impact
- Work closely with Configuration Manager, System Integration Partner and Internal/External stakeholders to create requirements and design complex solutions in WFM.
- Serve as configuration and subject matter expert on WFM platform including, but not limited to advanced scheduling, pay rules, accruals, function and display access, web/mobile features, attestation, data views, reporting and device management.
- Provide impact analysis relating to new requests, unit and system integration testing, and user acceptance testing support.
- Ability to solve complex data issues.
- Assist in delivery build review, deployments and Knowledge Transfer sessions to Stakeholders and Pep IT Sustain partners.
Qualifications
Experience
- 3+ years administration/application experience designing, configuring, deploying and maintaining in WFM.
- 3+ years experience working with cloud solutions.
- Experience administrating and troubleshooting InTouch, 9100 devices (configuration, firmware upgrades, recalibration, initialization, etc.).
- Ability to analyze data and system concerns by applying analytical skills and efficiently communicate findings and design solutions using Excel, Word, PowerPoint or other tools.
- Prior knowledge or experience with HRIS and Payroll systems.
- Works well under guidance and direction.
- Experience working with 3rd party resources.
- Ability to communicate with various teams, business units and IT users; listen to end user requirements and take appropriate action based on PepsiCo guidelines; problem solver.
