Dempsey Resource Management is seeking an experienced Welder for a construction site role in Veracruz, Mexico. The candidate should layout, fit, and weld per drawings for structural steel components, ensuring accuracy and safety on site.

Required 2–3 years of proven experience, knowledge of SMAW, and ability to read shop drawings. Willingness to work on elevated structures and follow strict PPE and safety standards.

Formación

• High school or vocational welding diploma is required.
• 2–3 years proven experience in structural steel fabrication and installation.
• Proficient in SMAW; MIG knowledge is an advantage.

At least High School Graduate or Vocational Graduate in Welding Technology.

May 2-3 years proven experience sa structural steel fabrication at installation.

Marunong mag-welding ng Angle Bars, Gusset Plates, Flat Bars, at Steel Tubes.

May kaalaman sa Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW/Arc Welding). Knowledge sa MIG welding ay advantage.

Marunong magbasa ng shop drawings, fabrication drawings, at dimensions.

Marunong gumamit ng welding machine, angle grinder, cutting machine, magnetic square, measuring tape, at iba pang fabrication tools.

Kayang mag-layout, mag-fit-up, mag-tack weld, at mag-final weld nang naaayon sa drawing.

Marunong gumamit ng measuring tools upang matiyak ang alignment, level, at squareness ng framing.

May kaalaman sa proper welding sequence upang maiwasan ang distortion.

Physically fit at kayang magtrabaho sa construction site at elevated work kung kinakailangan.

May disiplina sa pagsunod sa Safety Standards at tamang paggamit ng PPE.

Preferred Ǫualifications:

May TESDA NC II in SMAW (advantage).

May experience sa structural steel, canopies, platforms, support frames, o katulad na proyekto.

Marunong mag-operate ng oxy-acetylene cutter o cutting machine (advantage).
