A leading digital solutions company is looking for a Webflow Designer in Mexico City. The role involves designing, developing, and modifying Webflow components, working on marketing updates, and collaborating with teams to ensure responsive designs. Strong HTML/CSS skills and fluent English are required. This full-time position offers a great work environment and various benefits.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Webflow design and development.

• Build and modify Webflow pages using the Webflow CMS.

Overview

You bring to the team the following competencies:

• 3+ years of experience in Webflow design and development.
• Deep understanding of HTML / CSS
• Experience with zapier is a plus but not 100% required.
• Skilled in building reusable, accessible components and integrating CMS in Webflow.
• Comfortable translating Figma designs into reusable, compliant Webflow components.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and collaborative approach.
• Fluent English communication skills, working closely with US-based teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle ad-hoc tickets from the marketing team, including Website copy updates and implementing new page layouts based on provided design.
• Build and modify Webflow pages using the Webflow CMS.
• Collaborate with our in-house design team to implement responsive and accessible designs.
• Occasionally support email template creation/testing using tools like Customer.io (prior experience not required).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Webflow design and development.
• Strong HTML/CSS skills.
• Experience with CMS integration and building reusable components in Webflow.
• Ability to translate designs into reusable components; accessible and responsive design focus.
• Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset.
• Fluent English communication; ability to work with US-based teams.
