Caliente in Tijuana is seeking a talented Web Designer to craft high-quality visual materials for our digital platforms. You will design responsive assets for web pages and mobile sites, producing banners, icons, and UI elements in coordination with the Product Design team.

The role requires strong graphic design skills, familiarity with brand guidelines, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A portfolio demonstrating relevant work is essential.

Formación

• 2-4 years of graphic or visual design experience.
• Proven experience creating visual assets (banners, web pages, icons, UI elements) aligned with brand guidelines.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience in responsive design, ensuring assets are optimized for both desktop and mobile devices.
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to implement and optimize assets across platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high design standards.
• Portfolio (required).

General Purpose of the position

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing, producing, and maintaining high-quality visual materials for our digital platforms. You will focus on creating responsive designs for web pages and mobile sites, ensuring they are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines. Your role will involve producing assets such as banners, icons, and buttons, as well as collaborating with the Product Design team to implement them in digital campaigns and product content. This is a middle-to-senior level position that requires strong graphic design skills, creativity, and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce visual assets (web pages, banners, icons, buttons) that are visually engaging and aligned with brand guidelines for both web and mobile platforms.
• Focus on creating responsive designs to ensure all assets look great and work well across multiple devices and screen sizes (desktop, tablet, mobile).
• Work closely with the Product Design team to implement graphic assets in product content, including promotions and feature applications.
• Create high-quality digital assets for product campaigns, including social media visuals, ads, and promotional banners.
• Design motion graphics and interactive elements to enhance user engagement and visual appeal.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation and optimization across platforms.
