Warehouse Supervisor Sr – Mexicali, B.C. Mexico.

Responsibilities
- Lead and promote all safety initiatives from Tier 1, including Safety Walks, Observations, and Risk Assessments.
- Ensure integrity of company-owned transportation equipment and oversee drivers' compliance and safety.
- Design and implement standardized methods to ensure accurate receiving, transactions, and system records (PO, MOQ, LPN, etc.).
- Continuously update and develop warehouse procedures, submitting improvements and new processes for approval.
- Lead ongoing training programs and develop training strategies to maintain a skilled and knowledgeable warehouse team.
- Develop onboarding compliance strategies based on training matrices and monitor execution.
- Manage resource planning based on workload projections, presenting staffing proposals for approval.
- Optimize warehouse layout and material flow using DHR (Device History Record) to improve space utilization and traceability.
- Implement tools and processes to control inventory accuracy for inbound and outbound materials.
- Develop inventory management strategies for external warehouses to ensure optimal stock levels and uninterrupted material flow.
- Establish performance metrics to ensure asset integrity and manage CAPEX and repair projects.
- Strengthen cross-functional communication with planning and purchasing to minimize production line stoppages.
- Lead cost-saving and waste-reduction initiatives using Lean tools, operational standards, and workload balancing.
- Represent the warehouse team in Tier 1, 2, and 3 meetings, production reviews, monthly coordination meetings, and other applicable forums.
- Promote team integration through team-building events, cultural initiatives, and employee engagement activities.

What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field (required).
- 5+ years of warehouse leadership experience with focus on receiving, picking, shipping, cycle counting, and logistics.
- Supervision and leadership skills.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Strong expertise in occupational health and safety standards.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Collaborative team player, able to work across multiple organizational levels.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Master's degree or equivalent advanced education (preferred).
- Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or related methodologies (highly desired).
- Forklift operation knowledge and certification (preferred).
