Job summary

Zf Foxconn Chassis Modules Gmbh is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Coordinator in Toluca, Mexico. You will manage receiving, storage, and material flow to production lines, ensuring delivery accuracy and safe, compliant operations.

As a supervisor of unionized personnel, you will coordinate shifts, enforce safety and 5S standards, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining close collaboration with Production, Quality, and Logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in warehouse operations within an industrial environment.
• Proven experience supervising unionized workforce.
• Strong knowledge of receiving, production line material supply, and shipping processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the physical and system receiving of materials, verifying quantities and condition against purchase orders and standards.
• Ensure proper storage of materials according to layout and FIFO/FEFO methods.
• Coordinate timely material supply to production lines to prevent line stoppages.
• Supervise shipment of finished goods with accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Verify proper use of material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
