Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes division seeks a Warehouse Supervisor in Mexico City to lead warehousing and distribution operations. The role focuses on accurate inventory, on-time delivery, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

The successful candidate will oversee daily activities, drive process improvements, and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments while supporting a culture of safety and quality throughout the site.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, business, or related field is required.
• 4–6 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or supply chain operations.
• Experience supervising warehouse teams and day-to-day operations.
• Knowledge of inventory control, shipping/receiving, and warehouse processes.
• Languages: Spanish required; English preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily warehouse and distribution activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of materials and finished goods.
• Monitor inventory levels, review inventory reports, and support cycle counts and reconciliations between physical and system inventory.
• Ensure compliance with shipping commitments, evaluate delivery timelines, and take corrective actions to address delays or operational issues.
• Oversee inspection of incoming materials to confirm conformity with orders, specifications, and quality requirements, coordinating returns of non-conforming materials as needed.
• Coordinate distribution and transportation activities to support efficient and cost-effective movement of goods.
• Supervise and support warehouse team members, promoting safe work practices, adherence to procedures, and effective execution of daily tasks.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing warehouse and transportation operations, data, and processes.
• Prepare, process, and ensure accuracy of inbound and outbound shipment documentation.
• Act as an escalation point for warehouse or distribution issues requiring timely resolution.
