Join a leading agroindustry company in Texcoco as our Warehouse Manager! This is your chance to take a pivotal role in overseeing warehouse operations that support the distribution of high-value agricultural products nationwide.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise and optimize all warehouse operations in line with company policies and safety standards (receiving, storage, distribution, maintenance).
• Design and implement inventory control systems to avoid shortages/excess, minimize waste, and ensure accurate counts.
• Manage operational budgeting, analyzing expenses and applying efficiency measures.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Work closely with procurement and fleet teams.
• Develop and enforce safety standards, ensuring EHS policy compliance and leading regular training sessions.
• Promote adoption of warehouse management technologies (WMS, RFID, barcoding).
• Apply Lean methodology and best practices to enhance productivity and service quality.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff (5-10 direct, 10-15 indirect reports).

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Masters preferred).
• Warehouse management certification (desirable).
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse/logistics management, preferably with international experience.
• Advanced conversational English (C1).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, WMS, and ERP (preferably Dynamics AX or 365).
