Flextronics in Guadalajara, North Campus, seeks a Warehouse & 3PL Operations Manager to lead high-volume warehouse and third-party logistics operations in a manufacturing environment.

The role reports to the Sr. Manager, Supply Chain, and emphasizes driving service levels, inventory accuracy, and cost efficiency while ensuring compliance with ISO standards and safety requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field required.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Senior experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience managing warehouse outsourcing models and 3PL relationships with governance, KPIs and SLAs.
• Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma and data-driven problem solving.
