A technology consulting firm is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their team in a remote capacity across LATAM. In this role, you will help shape the future of the technology platform by building scalable and performant systems using Ruby on Rails, MVC, and ORM frameworks. The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Ruby on Rails as well as experience in Elixir and Kafka. Competitive pay of $30-35 USD per hour is offered.
