Job summary

Inmar Inc. in Mexico seeks a design professional to create visual solutions across brand, sales and product initiatives, spanning print, digital, and presentations. You will revise designs to align with brand guidelines and collaborate across teams to ensure timely launches.

The role involves executing across multiple formats, with exposure to video, photography, and motion graphics. Fluency in English is required to communicate effectively in a dynamic corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in design or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years design experience or equivalent.
• Proficient in final file production for print and digital specs.
• Ability to ideate conceptually and visually exploring creative approaches.
• Strong tools knowledge: Adobe Creative Suite; plus Figma, Premiere, After Effects a plus.
• Familiarity with PowerPoint and Google Docs/Sheets/Slides.
• Organized with solid project management and cross-functional teamwork.
• Fluent English with excellent spoken and written communication.

Primary Accountabilities

Create visual solutions for a full range of brand, sales, and product initiatives Revise and update designs based on existing work, and create holistically new designs following brand guidelines and standards. Execute across the full range of project types – print, digital, responsive web, presentations, etc. Gain exposure to additional project types with the ability to support others through creation of video (edit and motion graphics), photography, etc. React quickly and thoroughly to changes and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Be a total team player throughout execution and final \"launch\" Actively participate in the give-and-take of an iterative design process Empower yourself by providing active feedback to help streamline and elevate the work we produce and the process of getting it finalized Ensure total quality of your visual solutions Focus on supporting those around you within the team and Inmar at large

Required Qualifications

Bachelors preferably in design or similar field of study required 3-5 years of design experience; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position required Knowledgeable of design programs and what it takes to produce accurate, final files to various digital and print specifications Demonstrated ability to work with existing brands and interpret artfully based on guidelines or previous work Ability to ideate conceptually and visually, and show the beginnings of a solid creative exploration approach Good working knowledge (experience) of design / production tools: Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Experience with Figma, Premiere and After Effects a Plus. Solid knowledge of the tools that our sales channels and business owners use: Powerpoint, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Etc. Strong organizational and project optimization skills Willingness to jump in at multiple points in the creative and production process Developing / growing prioritization skills Ability to work on an ego-free, highly collaborative and cross-functional team Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic corporate environment Strong sense of humor and willing smile are also BIG pluses Curious nature and the desire to explore and learn Fluent English speaker with excellent spoken and written communication skills
