A leading technology services provider is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to drive growth and manage relationships in their Technical Training and Professional Services division in Mexico. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine revenue generation with strategic account management, directly engaging with enterprise, mid-market, and SMB customers. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in account management and be bilingual in Spanish. This is a fully remote position with flexible work arrangements, supporting a collaborative team culture.

Account Manager – Technical Training & Professional Services (Mexico)

About the Role

We’re seeking a dynamic Account Manager to drive growth and manage relationships for our Technical Training and Professional Services business in Mexico.

This is a unique opportunity to combine revenue generation with strategic account management, working directly with customers across enterprise, mid‑market and SMB segments. In this role, you’ll be responsible for 60% revenue generation (new business development, upsells, renewals) and 40% account management (relationship building, customer success, retention).

You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for direct customers in Mexico, partnering closely with our services delivery and training operations teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

What You’ll Do
Revenue Generation (60%)
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory
  • Drive upsells and cross‑sells of technical training and professional services solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Conduct discovery calls, needs assessments, and solution presentations
Account Management (40%)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of training and professional services
  • Coordinate with internal teams (trainers, operations, delivery) to meet customer needs
  • Monitor account health and proactively address concerns or opportunities
  • Facilitate renewals and long‑term partnership growth
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, sales or business development
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (English proficiency is a plus)
  • Working knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Cisco technologies (certifications not required)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience working with services delivery, training or operations teams
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship‑management skills
  • Self‑motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to Mexico City
Nice to Have
  • Experience in the technical training or professional services industry
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and IT infrastructure solutions
  • Experience managing mixed portfolios (enterprise, mid‑market, SMB)
  • CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
