Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years in luxury hospitality, Sales, Groups & Conventions, Events, Guest Relations or related roles.
• Experience with VIP guests, travel agencies, corporate accounts or event planners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on on-site inspection requests from clients and partners.
• Develop personalized itineraries based on visitors' profiles and objectives.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure seamless showings and visits.
• Confirm availability of showrooms, guest rooms, restaurants, and event venues.
