Formación

• Proven ability to listen and respond to demanding Guest needs.

Responsabilidades

• Check guest arrival reports and coordinate with Housekeeping.
• Welcome and fulfill the check-in process of VIP Guests.
• Serve as the main point of contact for VIP guests.
• Maintain current knowledge of hotel offerings and promotions.
