Responsabilidades

• Welcome executive Guests upon arrival and assist throughout their stay.
• Ensure timely replenishment of Guest supplies and amenities.
• Stay updated with all hotel services and VIP requests.
• Provide food and beverage service to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the executive floor.

Conocimientos

Previous Front Office experience in the hotel, leisure or retail sector

Calm, efficient and organised

Excellent personal presentation and communication skills

Passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest service
