Job summary

Bosch México is hiring for a Freight Cost Clearance (FCC) specialist responsible for verifying freight invoice content and ensuring accurate payments. You will use multiple systems to validate data and flag discrepancies, working with a team to reach timely resolutions.

The role requires basic SAP experience and MS Office proficiency, with attention to detail and strong communication to coordinate with stakeholders. This is a hands-on position within our logistics team in Cuautitlán Izcalli.

Job Description

The primary function of this Freight Cost Clearance (FCC) role is to verify logistics invoice content from a factual or price perspective. They will be required to use different systems that support the FCC processes, and perform their duties according to written work instructions, in order to ensure there are no unjustified transport costs processed for payment. They will ensure that processing issues related to their scope of work are flagged, and work in a team to reach a solution. They will be responsible for operative issue resolution and correspondence with different stakeholders.

Qualifications

• SAP Experience. Theoretically knowledgeable with little practical experience in applying it. Requires assistance to solve problems and achieve goals.
• MS Proficient.
