Stellantis Toluca Complex is seeking a solutions-oriented Product Quality Engineer to join the Quality team. The PQE will lead quality programs across the vehicle architecture and collaborate with plant manufacturing and engineering operations.

You will manage KPI tracking, address nonconformities, and drive corrective actions while ensuring design intent and manufacturing feasibility. Strong communication, English proficiency, and Excel/PowerPoint skills are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical engineering discipline with analytical foundations.
• English written and spoken; able to communicate at all levels.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with overtime as needed.
• Self-motivated and directed.

Responsabilidades

• Support KPI management and drive improvement actions.
• Lead quality improvement activities addressing nonconformities.
• Provide supervision of rework/repair methods per standards.
• Lead teams to identify risks and develop FMEA and control plans.
• Develop and execute the Quality Plan for launches and SAQ coordination.
