General Motors de Mexico is seeking a Quality and Field Operations Coordinator (Level 6) to ensure high-quality field operations and seamless yard/port coordination for finished vehicle exports. You will monitor inspections, protect against damages, and collaborate with GM teams to meet export quality standards.

The role requires coordinating with yard/port managers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve quality issues, lead repairs, and ensure timely delivery to dealers.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or similar experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Quality, Finance, Legal, Logistics, Marketing, Communications, Operations, and plant teams.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
• Experience in manufacturing quality, supplier quality, plant quality, or engineering within automotive industry is preferable.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and monitor field operations ensuring quality standards and procedures are followed.
• Manage inventory control, storage, and distribution of vehicles.
• Conduct vehicle inspections at yards and document exceptions per GM and AIAG standards.
• Monitor export shipping protections and ensure compliance with GM Global Export Shipping Requirements.
• Lead repair processes with suppliers and determine damage responsibility for in-transit units.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and quality issues.
• Prepare and analyze reports on operational performance to identify improvements and corrective actions.
