Responsible for overseeing and directing the design and development of user experiences across web platforms and channels, including multimedia and audiovisual content. This role requires a blend of creative, analytical and technical skills to ensure cohesive and engaging experiences for users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform regular maintenance and updates of website content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia elements. Ensure that website content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with organizational goals and brand guidelines.
  • Create new pages based on strategic needs defined through the CMS.
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external operational teams to execute requested changes in digital assets.
  • onstrate strong prioritization and project‑management skills to optimize user experience and accelerate Pfizer’s digital footprint.
  • Possess strategic and operational knowledge of the different team areas (patients and physicians).
  • Build excellent working relationships with cross‑functional teams, both internal (local, regional, and global) and external (agencies, partners).
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, proposing technical and strategic solutions.
  • Research new tools, services, and add‑ons to enhance the current offering and improve user experience.
  • Present with strong communication skills and fluent English.
  • Flexibility in working hours.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in platform management roles through CMSs and coordination of changes and adjustments within them.
  • Demonstrated project‑management skills and team‑coordination abilities.
  • Knowledge of related web regulations, such as GDPR and ADA.
  • Ability to conduct user research, design interaction flows, and collaborate with development teams to ensure the final product is not only visually appealing but also easy to use.
  • Proven experience in User Experience (UX) design.
  • Experience conducting usability testing and analyzing results to improve data‑driven design.
  • Technical ability to monitor website performance, security, and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Experience creating and editing web pages using content management systems (CMS) such as Canva and Drupal.
  • Understanding of UX best practices to ensure easy navigation and accessibility for all users.
  • Advanced knowledge and proficiency with Adobe platforms, including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite, for the creation and management of outstanding digital content.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and basic content optimizations based on SEO strategies.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Knowledge of Drupal and Adobe Franklin (CMS).

Work Location

Mexico City. Must be able to work from assigned Pfizer office 2-3 days per week, or as needed by the business. Hybrid work location assignment.

Required Education

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Web Design.

Ideally 5–10 years of experience.
