Team Overview

The leader of DiDi Food Users in Mexico will be joining the team that manages DiDi Food Users for all Spanish Speaking Latin America.

Role Responsibilities

This person will design and implement strategies to engage with our users, while leading cross-functional teams ensuring that our processes and decisions are user oriented. Some of the teams this role has constant contact with are Product, Data Science, Marketing, Restaurant Engagement, Courier Engagement.

This role is challenging in both leadership & analytical skills. It will require to lead a wide range of cross-functional teams to continuously improve the value proposition for our users, while analysing data to guide our decisions.
