Job summary

Thea Career Inc. seeks a talented Interior Designer to concept, plan, and execute US-based residential and commercial interiors from brief to installation. You will create moodboards, perform space planning, and deliver US-compliant drawings with AutoCAD or Revit, collaborating with US-based architects, contractors, and vendors.

Proficiency in SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential, along with strong English skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

Advanced English knowledge (upper intermediate to proficient).
Strong engineering/architectural background.
Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and Lumion.
Proficiency in Drafting/BIM using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
3D modeling with SketchUp, Enscape, or 3ds Max.
Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, and MS Office.
Familiarity with US building codes and ADA standards.

Responsibilities

Concept & Moodboard development using SketchUp, Photoshop, or InDesign.
Space planning and programming for US residential and commercial environments.
Produce US-compliant drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections, RCPs) in AutoCAD or Revit.
Curate FF&E, finishes, lighting, and millwork per budgets.
Coordinate with US architects, contractors, and MEP engineers.
Present design concepts and updates to clients from brief to installation.
