Bank of America is recruiting an Implementation Advisor to coordinate corporate account openings and treasury management implementations for corporate clients. You will serve as the main client contact throughout onboarding, ensuring regulatory compliance and SLA adherence while coordinating with Sales, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams.

The role emphasizes strong client relationship management, project coordination, and problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

  • Knowledge of corporate banking, account opening processes, treasury management, cash management, and banking platforms.
  • Strong understanding of KYC requirements and experience reviewing corporate legal and regulatory documentation.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage account openings, treasury management implementations, product maintenance requests, and service changes from initiation through completion.
  • Request, review, and validate client documentation in compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.
  • Coordinate with Sales, AML/KYC, Compliance, Operations, Treasury, Payments, and Technology teams to ensure successful implementation and onboarding.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing status updates and managing expectations throughout the implementation process.
  • Monitor project milestones and SLAs, identifying and escalating risks, issues, and delays when appropriate.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of information maintained in internal systems.
  • Investigate and drive resolution of operational issues impacting client onboarding and implementation activities.
  • Participate in process improvement, automation, and innovation initiatives to enhance the client experience and operational efficiency.

Job Description: The Implementation Advisor (IA) is responsible for coordinating and executing corporate account openings, treasury management product implementations, product maintenance, and banking service requests for corporate clients. The IA serves as the primary point of contact for clients and internal partners throughout the onboarding and implementation lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, service level agreements (SLAs), and internal policies. This role requires strong client relationship management, project coordination, and problem-solving skills to deliver a seamless client experience while effectively managing risks, escalations, and implementation timelines.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage account openings, treasury management implementations, product maintenance requests, and service changes from initiation through completion.
  • Request, review, and validate client documentation in compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.
  • Coordinate with Sales, AML/KYC, Compliance, Operations, Treasury, Payments, and Technology teams to ensure successful implementation and onboarding.

Required Skills:
  • Knowledge of corporate banking, account opening processes, treasury management, cash management, and banking platforms.
  • Strong understanding of KYC requirements and experience reviewing corporate legal and regulatory documentation, including Powers of Attorney, Articles of Incorporation, RFC, and e.firma/FIEL documentation.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Strong client service orientation with the ability to build trusted relationships and act as a client advocate.
  • Ability to prioritize work effectively, manage competing deadlines, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and escalation management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, International Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in Corporate Banking, Treasury Management, Cash Management, Client Onboarding, Account Opening, or Implementation Management.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Demonstrated experience driving process improvements and supporting operational excellence initiatives.
