Kraft Heinz is seeking a Transportation Planner for our Mexico City site. You will monitor queries via TMS, coordinate with carriers and plant contacts, and ensure on-time shipment planning and execution across SAP, OTM, and other systems.

You will analyze transportation data, identify gaps and opportunities, and work with Capacity Planning to maintain service levels while optimizing costs. This on-site role is based in Mexico City with Antara Tower/Local Office arrangements.

Formación

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, business or a related field.
• 2+ years' transportation and logistics experience.
• Proficiency in transportation software and tools (TMS, OTM, SAP, ORTEC, 4Kites).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all Transportation execution processes.
• Daily monitoring of queries via TMS to ensure orders are planned and shipped on time.
• Coordinate between internal customer groups, external carriers and plant contacts to meet service level objectives.
• Monitor data flows between ERP, SAP and TMS for successful transportation execution.
• Identify gaps in transportation capacity and initiate actions with the Transportation Capacity Planning team.
• Engage with off-site carriers and on-site partners to resolve service and capacity issues as needed.
• Identify opportunities across the Transportation network to improve service and reduce costs.
• Track and trace of in-transit shipments and ensure hot loads are collected or delivered on time.
• Analyze data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
