A leading global provider of clinical research services is seeking a Translation Talent Recruiter to enhance its network of linguists and localization professionals. The ideal candidate will recruit and onboard linguists, manage databases, and collaborate with project managers. Strong communication skills and experience in international settings are essential. This role is situated in Mexico City, offering an opportunity to impact global language operations.

Formación

• Experience in international environments and multitasking with ease.
• Knowledge of translation/localization workflows and technologies is a plus.
• Fluency in one or more non-English languages preferred.

Responsabilidades

What You’ll Do

• Recruit and onboard freelance linguists and localization experts.
• Maintain and manage linguist databases, performance records, and contact info.
• Support the Talent Management team with administrative tasks and communications.
• Foster strong relationships with existing linguists and help resolve their queries.
• Collaborate with project managers to forecast language resource needs.
• Organize training and orientation sessions for new linguists.
• Track recruitment effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Bonus Skills

• Knowledge of translation/localization workflows and technologies.

• Experience managing freelance linguist databases, contracts, and payments.
• Background in language services—especially in life sciences—is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools and Office applications.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in linguistics, business, HR—or 2+ years in vendor management within the language services industry.
