Job Description

We are seeking a Training and Organizational Development Specialist with a people-centered approach, capable of fostering cohesion among teams and internal clients. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and facilitating learning strategies aligned with the needs of the business unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement effective training programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual courses and workshops as an instructor.
  • Develop innovative and measurable learning strategies.
  • Promote cohesion and collaboration between HR teams and operational areas.
  • Conduct training needs assessments in manufacturing environments.
  • Ensure compliance with legal training requirements (STPS)
  • Integrate continuous improvement methodologies such as TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) into training programs.
Requirements
  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Proven experience in manufacturing and knowledge of its operations.
  • Proficiency in TPM and its application in industrial settings.
  • Experience as a course instructor and workshop facilitator.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor training regulations (STPS).
  • Strong leadership, effective communication skills, and a human-centered mindset.
  • Ability to foster environments of trust and collaboration.
