Job summary

Valeo is seeking a Trainee SPV in Querétaro for a 6 to 12 month internship. The program provides comprehensive training to supervise and lead teams, shadowing experienced supervisors, coordinating daily activities, and solving operational issues with guidance from senior management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and active student status is essential. You will learn KPIs, participate in process improvements, and contribute to a positive team environment while adhering to safety

Qualifications

• Active student studying IT/Industrial Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong interest in developing leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured training program covering supervisory duties, policies and procedures.
