Una empresa global de nutrición busca un Trainee en México para liderar proyectos significativos en el negocio de nutrición. Los candidatos ideales son bilingües, tienen entre 22 y 28 años, y cuentan con habilidades de comunicación sobresalientes. Este rol híbrido ofrece formación y desarrollo para maximizar el potencial del Trainee en un entorno dinámico y diverso. Se valora la proactividad y la capacidad de trabajar en equipo.

Formación

• Graduado profesional en cualquier carrera universitaria.
• Bilingüe (español - inglés).
• Experiencia laboral de 1 a 2 años.
• Edad entre 22 y 28 años.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar proyectos en el mercado como Trainee.
• Diseñar e implementar proyectos de alto impacto.
• Participar en reuniones internas que requieran participación.
• Recibir onboarding completo para el desarrollo exitoso del rol.

As a Trainee, you will lead projects in your market and be part of a regional program that will connect you with global leaders and with other Trainees from different countries. A day in the life of...

• During the program you will rotate in three fundamental areas of the Nutrition business such as Medical Visits, Sales and Marketing, so that you know the end to end of the business.

• Design and implement high-impact projects that contribute to the needs of the business, identifying trends, proposing corrective actions and improvement strategies.

• Participate in internal meetings and discussions that require your participation and input.

• Actively participate in the field visit spaces or pitches that apply during rotations.

• Participate in collaborative meetings with internal teams and stakeholders, actively contributing knowledge and experience.

• Ensure that you receive the complete and necessary onboarding for the successful development of the role.

• Participate in all the training spaces and developments generated to raise your potential. In addition to volunteering, trips or spaces that are required by the market or by the area as a strategy within the program.

• Participate in coaching and mentoring spaces.

• Comply with all the company's and WHO's compliance requirements and policies.

What will make you successful...

• Professional graduated in any university career, desirable with a completed master's degree.

• Be bilingual - (Spanish - English)

• Have work experience between 1 and a maximum of 2 years.

• Age between 22 and 28 years.

• Be a resident of the city in which you are applying for the call.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely effectively.

• Experience in coordinating or collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
