Equativ, a leading ad tech company in Mexico City, seeks an experienced digital ad trafficker to manage LATAM campaigns and optimize programmatic deals on our DSP/SSP stack. You will support clients with setup, tracking, and performance insights.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor proposals, maintain strong client relations, and contribute to quarterly bonuses and benefits. This hybrid role is based in Mexico City.

Formación

• 2–3 years proven experience as a trafficker or trader in digital advertising.
• Solid understanding of the programmatic buying ecosystem.
• Basic knowledge of adservers and tracking tags (VAST/VPAID).
• Experience setting up programmatic deals or connections.
• LATAM/Mexico client exposure and fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and optimize campaigns with KPIs on our DSP.
• Create and monitor programmatic deals on Maestro SSP.
• Provide training and technical support to clients.
• Coordinate with Supply team to maximize campaign value.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor client proposals.

What you'll do:

• Configuration and optimization of advertising campaigns with diverse KPIs on our DSP.
• Creation and monitoring of programmatic deals or connections, ensuring their proper functioning on Maestro, our SSP.
• Training and technical support to clients on our DSP and SSP.
• Strategic coordination with the Supply team to maximize benefits in campaigns and deals.
• Collaboration with internal teams to tailor and develop proposals according to specific client needs.

• 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a trafficker or trader in digital advertising.
• Solid understanding of the programmatic buying ecosystem.
• Basic knowledge of Adservers and technical ability to identify and implement tracks, tags, VAST, VPAID, etc.
• Experience in the setup and management of programmatic deals or connections.
• Previous experience working with brands or clients based in LATAM/Mexico.
• Familiarity with DSP platforms such as DV360, Xandr, Amazon DSP, among others.
• Intermediate-advanced English proficiency, essential for understanding and maintaining fluid internal communication with our global teams.
• Experience in customer service and account management.
