Responsabilidades: elaborar y presentar reportes de estatus de embarques y gastos logísticos, participar en auditorías internas, apoyo en procesos de screening y validación de terceros, y mantener el expediente digital de Comercio Exterior.

Qualifikationen

• Estudiante activo de licenciatura en Negocios Internacionales o afín.
• Manejo de Microsoft Office (Excel intermedio, Word, PowerPoint).
• Análisis de datos.
• Conocimientos básicos de Comercio Exterior (importación/exportación).
• Familiaridad con revisión de documentos (facturas, listas de empaque, pedimentos, certificados de origen).
• Turno Matutino.

Aufgaben

• Elaboración y presentación de reportes de estatus de embarques.
• Elaboración y presentación de reportes de gastos logísticos.
• Participación en auditorías internas y revisiones de cumplimiento normativo.
• Apoyo en la ejecución de procesos de screening y validación de terceros.
• Revisión y mantenimiento del expediente digital de Comercio Exterior.
• Apoyo en la gestión del perfil de seguridad y en las actividades internas relacionadas con los procesos de recertificación.
• Apoyo en la revisión de documentación de importación y exportación para la identificación y corrección de inconsistencias.
• Apoyo en la administración de la biblioteca de documentos de clasificación arancelaria, mediante la carga y actualización de formatos clasificados en el sistema Power Flow.
