A strong business acumen is required for prospecting new clients, as well as negotiation skills for securing new projects and the strategic and operational management of a team, ensuring its recruitment, development, and performance within the organization.

The position also includes the financial management of the project, including monitoring profitability, with the goal of optimizing the area's financial results. It also involves teamwork with different departments, such as Recruitment, Organizational Development, and Technical Management.

Activities:

Secure the opening of new accounts.

Generate a pipeline of potential clients.

Present and sell the company's services to clients.

Negotiate with clients and candidates.

Responsible for leading projects and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsible for providing the necessary resources for projects.

Develop an action plan to achieve objectives.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree (automotive, mechanical, industrial, or related field).
  • Minimum one year of experience in sales (prospecting, client follow-up); specific experience in selling engineering services is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, project management, and results-oriented skills.
  • Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Conversational English.
  • Experience in business development, recruitment and management, and profit center management

  • Background in Heavy Equipment (highly desirable).
  • CRM proficiency (ideally Salesforce ).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time .
  • Ability to implement commercial strategies using your technical expertise and strong customer understanding.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to establish trust within your sales region.

What You'll Do As a key leader, you will report to the Business Development Director and be responsible for:

Develop & Institutionalize Processes: Lead the creation of institutional processes that drive innovation and data automation, generating strategic insights for Draxton and GIS.

Lead Critical Analysis: Deliver systematic market, strategic, and financial analysis to ensure the proper approval and execution of key strategic initiatives and investment projects.
