Total Rewards Specialist
Mission

To design and manage a competitive Total Rewards strategy aligned with business and talent objectives, linking rewards to performance, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity, and enhancing the employee value proposition through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.

Essential Functions
  • Design and maintain a holistic Total Rewards framework aligned with business and talent strategy.
  • Conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation and benefits.
  • Manage pay-for-performance processes, including merit and incentive programs.
  • Integrate recognition, career development, and work-life balance initiatives into rewards.
  • Establish and ensure compliance with Total Rewards policies and governance.
  • Develop dashboards and analytics to monitor equity, competitiveness, and effectiveness.
  • Lead clear and impactful communication of Total Rewards programs to employees.
Technical Skills
  • Strong expertise in Total Rewards, job evaluation, and market benchmarking.
  • Advanced data analytics skills, including HRIS and advanced Excel.
Job profile
  • Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Engineering or a related field
