Role Mission
Provide support in operational and technical activities within the production and bottling process, ensuring the proper operation of electromechanical machines and equipment, compliance with quality, safety, safety and environmental standards, and contributing to the operational continuity of the production line.
Role Responsibilities
- Support in the operation, monitoring and operation of production equipment
- Contribute to the execution of basic and preventive maintenance activities on electromechanical machinery.
- Perform general reviews of the equipment to ensure its proper performance and report deviations.Comply with current operating procedures, safety, quality, safety and environmental standards.
- Record operational information in accordance with established systems.
- Collaborate with the production team on adjustments, minor changes, cleaning and ensuring operational continuity.
- Handle necessary mechanical tools and equipment during assigned tasks.
- Keep the work area tidy in accordance with good manufacturing practices.
- Support activities related to waste management, documentary control and incident prevention.
- Participate in training activities in management systems, industrial safety, quality and safety.
- Follow instructions and feedback from management and supervision for the proper execution of operations.
Position Profile
Education
- Minimum required: High school completed.
- Desirable: Preparatory or related technical career (Electromechanics).
Complementary Training
- Knowledge and training in:
- Quality Management System.
- Handling mechanical tools.
- Waste management and environmental regulations (ISO 14001, environmental impacts).
- Record Control, Documentary Control, HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Quality and safety policy, cross contamination, color codes.
- Preservation of hearing, personal hygiene, manual handling of loads.
- Fire prevention and use of fire extinguishers (NOM-002-STPS-2008).
- Use and disposal of EPP (NOM-017-STPS-2008).Safety Signage (NOM-026-STPS-2008).
- Evacuation procedures, IPERC's, preventive observation of unsafe acts and conditions.
Experience
- Production processes: 1 year.
- Operation and/or maintenance of electromechanical machines or production equipment: 1 year.
