Corporate Recruiters, Inc. seeks tooling engineers nationwide for Nogales, Reynosa and Tijuana, to develop and qualify molds for high-volume injection molded components.

Candidates must have a BS in Engineering, 6+ years of experience, strong communication in English and Spanish, and proficiency with CAD, mold flow, SPC/DOE/Six Sigma. Relocation offered and great compensation.

Formación

• BS Degree in Engineering.
• Hands-on mold and process troubleshooting and mold maintenance practices.
• Experience developing complex mold tooling on schedule for production of high quality, low cost, high volume components
• 6+ years of hands-on experience involving specification, procurement, and qualification of molds for injection molded components
• Proficient with the use of SPC, DOE, Six Sigma techniques, and capability studies
• Manage tool design, fabrication, process development, and qualification at the supplier.
• Knowledge and use of CNC, grinding, milling, EDM equipment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project)
• Ability to perform financial analysis and cost justifications
• Proficient use of CAD 2D and 3D modeling and mold flow analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and qualify molds for injection molded components.

• Perform cost analyses and cost justifications for tooling projects.
• Utilize CAD and mold flow analysis to optimize tooling.
• Collaborate with multicultural teams and global vendors to meet schedules.

Now we are looking for tooling engineers nationwide for our clients at Nogales, Reynosa and Tijuana. Candidates will relate with multicultural teams and vendors worldwide, therefore must possess great communication skills at all levels and speak fluently English and Spanish. Great compensation and relocation package.

Requirements

• BS Degree in Engineering.

• Experience developing complex mold tooling (side actions, hot runner systems, unwinds..) on schedule for production of high quality, low cost, high volume components
• 6+ years of hands-on experience involving specification, procurement, and qualification of molds for injection molded components
• Proficient with the use of SPC, DOE, Six Sigma techniques, and capability studies
• Manage tool design, fabrication, process development, and qualification at the supplier.
