Accenture is seeking a Quality Engineering professional to support software quality across Performance Engineering & Testing. You will participate in planning, design, and execution of performance testing throughout the software development lifecycle.

The role requires 3+ years in testing/quality engineering, experience with performance testing, and strong English communication. Hybrid work modality preferred near Monterrey or Mexico City, with remote options where offices are unavailable.

Quality Engineering professional responsible for supporting software quality across Performance Engineering & Testing.

The role contributes to the planning, design, execution, and continuous improvement of performance testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle.

The candidate will specialize in Performance Engineering & Testing.

Responsibilities can include performance test design and execution, performance diagnostics, non-functional requirement validation, workload and performance-analysis activities, and the definition or adoption of reusable Quality Engineering assets.

Required 3+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Engineering. Experience in Performance Testing. Ability to work with Agile delivery teams. Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-cultural teams.

Work Modality Hybrid: For candidates located near our Monterrey or Mexico City offices.

Remote: For candidates residing in a state where the company does not have an office.
