Job summary

Alignerr is seeking an experienced Threat Intelligence Analyst (AI Training) to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI systems. You will apply adversary tracking, TTPs, and CTI workflows to shape how AI understands cybersecurity threats, working remotely on a flexible, 10–40 hours/week schedule.

The role involves analyzing threat reports, evaluating IOC/ATT&CK patterns, generating structured threat intelligence for AI training, and flagging inaccuracies in AI outputs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of threat intelligence, SOC analysis, or security operations experience.
• Familiar with MITRE ATT&CK, OSINT collection methodologies, or CTI workflows.
• Ability to critically evaluate threat reports for realistic vs fabricated attacker behavior.
• Strong analytical, research, and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently and asynchronously.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and classify threat reports, campaigns, and attacker behavior.
• Evaluate indicators of compromise, TTPs, and end-to-end attack narratives for accuracy and realism.
• Generate, structure, and validate threat intelligence data used to train AI systems.

What You'll Do

• Analyze and classify threat reports, adversary campaigns, and attacker behavior patterns
• Evaluate indicators of compromise, TTPs, and end-to-end attack narratives for accuracy and realism
• Generate, structure, and validate threat intelligence data used to train and assess AI systems
• Review AI-generated cybersecurity outputs and flag inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or fabricated data

Who You Are
