Güntner in Monterrey area seeks a Thermo-fluid R&D Engineer to develop new products and lead projects in thermo-fluids and refrigeration technologies. You will research refrigerants, explore IoT/AI applications, and create technical specifications for new components.

Two years in refrigeration and conversational English are required. The role offers competitive salary and benefits; located at Plaza Nave 01, Apodaca, Nuevo León.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in refrigeration

Responsabilidades

• Thermo-fluid development of new products
• Development and selection of new components for Güntner products
• Develop and select new components such as fans, pumps, valves, sensors
• Create Güntner specifications for newly developed components
• Research project management in thermo-fluids
• Lead and manage R&D projects related to thermo-fluids and new refrigeration technologies
• Research and Development in Thermo-fluids
• Conduct research on thermo-fluid topics applicable to Güntner products
• Investigate trends in natural and synthetic refrigerants
• Explore new technologies (Innovation, IoT, Industry 4.0, AI) applied to refrigeration systems or Güntner products
• Support the Innovation and Concept Validation department with calculations and topics related to thermo-fluids and refrigeration
• Assist the Testing and Validation department in preparing and executing performance, sound, and measurement tests
• Knowledge generation and sharing
• Create and maintain a specialized knowledge base ("Know How Map") in thermo-fluids and refrigeration
• Develop, update, and deliver internal training courses focused on thermo-fluids and refrigeration

Job Description

Responsible for the thermo-fluid development of new products for Güntner’s standard units, in line with the latest technologies and market specifications. This role involves ongoing research into technical topics and areas of interest related to thermo-fluids, new refrigerants, and refrigeration systems.
