Carrier is seeking a passionate Calculation Engine Developer to join our Modeling and Simulation team. You will apply advanced thermodynamics, heat transfer, and numerical methods to develop scalable calculation engines that support Carrier’s HVAC product portfolio.

Collaborate with marketing, product engineering, and global teams to translate customer needs into robust engineering models and deliver validated, reusable software components.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Thermal Engineering, Refrigeration and Air‑Conditioning, Fluid Machinery, or related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of heat transfer, thermodynamics and numerical methods.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain calculation engines for HVAC product offerings.
• Apply heat transfer, thermodynamics, and numerical methods to engineering models.
• Collaborate with optimization engineers to improve algorithms.
• Work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Support integration and deployment into modeling/configuration platforms.
