Epicor, a leader in ERP and cloud solutions, is seeking a QA automation engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated testing for cloud-based platforms. You will build frameworks using C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, and Selenium or Playwright, and collaborate with QA, development, and product teams.

The role offers a hybrid work model in Monterrey, Mexico, with opportunities to influence test strategy, expand coverage, and contribute to AI-enabled product features.

Formación

• 2+ years of hands-on software development with .NET, C#, and JS.
• Experience with RESTful services and testing frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and testing plans.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Team player with willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions for cloud-based product platforms.

What you will be doing

• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions for cloud-based product platforms.
• Build and enhance automated testing frameworks using C#/.NET, JavaScript, SQL, and related technologies.
• Create and maintain end-to-end and front-end automated tests using Selenium, Playwright, or similar frameworks.
• Write automation scripts and test code to support QA and development teams across multiple codebases.
• Partner with QA engineers, developers, and product teams to improve test coverage and software quality.

What you will likely bring

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET, C#, and JS.
• Hands‑on experience in C#, .Net, ASP.Net, Restful services, Testing Frameworks, SQL, and Infrastructure.
• Knowledge of complex design patterns and best practices in software architecture and testing plans.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire for continuous learning and improvement.

• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud technologies, especially Azure.
• Experience testing or developing cloud‑based platforms.
• Exposure to EDI platforms, B2B integrations, or enterprise integration environments.
• Experience with AI‑enabled product features or general knowledge of AI/ML concepts.
