Zurich is seeking a QA Lead to oversee test management, defect tracking, and quality assurance across insurer IT projects in Mexico City. You will coordinate with onshore teams, drive agile testing, and lead both manual and automated testing efforts.

Strong English, insurance domain experience, and tools like Jira, Playwright, VS Code, and Bitbucket are required. This on-site role is limited to CDMX, EDOMEX, and GDL residents.

Formación

• Experience in the INSURANCE sector (mandatory).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Test management, communication, metrics, and status reporting, including identification of risks and escalation of issues to the project team or ZNA retained IT test lead / project managers.
• Coordinate work with onshore team
• Coordinate testing updates with IT Test Leads, Project Managers, Scrum Masters and Test Analyst(s) as needed to ensure alignment across stakeholders
• Defect Management approach and execution, including logging and reporting of defects and adherence to Defect Management by all project / scrum team members (including those outside of test team)
• Vacancy available only to residents of CDMX, EDOMEX, and GDL (Mexico).
• Leadership of manual and automated testing projects
