A leading automation service provider in Mexico is seeking a Test lead Automation who will design and maintain automation frameworks while implementing BDD using Cucumber. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Software Testing, particularly with Selenium and Java. This fully remote position allows professionals to advance their careers in a dynamic environment that values innovation and continuous growth.

Formación

• 7 to 10+ years of relevant experience in Software Testing/Quality Assurance.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with primary automation skills.
• Mandatory expertise in Selenium and Java.
• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks: TestNG and Cucumber.
• Proficient in Agile working methodology.
• Experience in JIRA for defect tracking and test management.
• Proven ability to create Test Scenarios and implement the BDD framework.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain the automation infrastructure and framework.
• Implement the Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) framework using tools like Cucumber.
• Create and enhance Test Scripts using Java programming concepts and WebDriver methods.
• Develop reusable components and handle error management within the framework.
• Design and execute Data-driven Tests and manage execution through the established framework.
• Perform Cross-Browser Testing on popular browsers.
• Define and export Test Results, analyze results, and report defects using JIRA.
• Work within an Agile environment.

We are currently searching for a Test lead Automation:

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain the automation infrastructure and framework.
• Implement the Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) framework using tools like Cucumber.
• Create and enhance Test Scripts (Test Cases) using Java programming concepts, Element locators, and WebDriver methods.
• Develop reusable components and handle error management within the framework.
• Design and execute Data-driven Tests and manage execution through the established framework.
• Perform Cross-Browser Testing (executing tests against browsers like Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari).
• Define and export Test Results, analyze results, and report defects using JIRA.
• Work within an Agile environment.

Requirements

• 7 to 10+ years of total relevant experience in Software Testing/Quality Assurance.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands‑on experience with the primary automation skills.
• Mandatory expertise in Selenium and Java.
• Hands‑on experience with testing frameworks: TestNG and Cucumber.
• Proficiency in the Agile working methodology.
• Required experience in JIRA for defect tracking and test management.
• Proven ability to create Test Scenarios and implement the BDD framework.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
